| Some kids are sensitive by nature. No amount of talking will help them calm down. However, Bach Flowers can sometimes help. I would suggest "Walnut", "Aspen" and "Red Chestnut" - the first one being helpful for people who are sensitive to what they see and hear, the second for those who have vague fears and the last being helpful for those who worry about loved ones. Ask at the health food store or look on-line to see how the remedies are given. If they don't help, I suggest you take your daughter to a mental health professional who can help her deal with anxiety. Sarah Chana

| I agree that the Bach Remedies can help. My son was similar and we gave him Bach Remedies. Within a few days, his long standing fears began to melt away. It was amazing!

| I never heard of Bach Flowers but we took our anxious daughter to someone who taught her how to "tap" using EFT. This really lifted her fears away and she was able to use the tapping on her own after that.

| There's a website that shows how kids can use tapping - see www.schoolmademucheasier.com.
