| Some people are more anxious by nature than other people and
I don’t know if you are one of them but I’ll just say this most of us check
babies to see if they are breathing its pretty
normal so if you allow yourself to do it perhaps for a few weeks a few
months you know maybe even for the first year off and on don’t worry about it if that behaviour
persists and it bothers you, you know it
doesn’t matter that it bothers other people but if it begins to bothers you,
you might talk to a professional mental health counsellor just for some anxiety
relief.
