My teen has been spending too much time on the computer lately,

she was banned from sites like myspace, facebook, etc,.  and she has been hiding her activities from us and lying about it.    I received my credit card bill in the mail with charges from one of the sites, for a V I P access acount on one of the sites.  Of course she did not have permission to use the credit card, or be on the site in the first place.  What do we do?
