| He should definitely be friendlier to his relatives! These are the people who will be there for him throughout his life. His grandparents are particularly important people who should be shown respect as elders. However, your little boy need not spend long boring hours with adults. Instead, ask him to come for the first few minutes of any family gathering. Let him greet the relatives and talk with them for a few minutes. He can help serve fruit or drinks, sit down for five minutes and snack on something himself, then go visit his own friends. You will be teaching him that his needs are not the only ones that matter, that a person has certain obligations that they can easily fulfill and that thinking of other people is part of life.
