If your baby is really uncomfortable, she will probably get fussy. If you touch her hands and feet and find that they are icy, then the rest of her is probably also at least cool and you can add a layer of clothing. If she feels hot to the touch, remove some layers. Some people say to dress babies approximately the same way you are dressed, with one extra layer (i.e. an undershirt or a sweater).    Sarah Chana
