Give your daughter some stuff first - privileges and possessions. I know she doesn't deserve any, but find an excuse ("I thought you'd like this," "It's an early birthday gift" etc). She'll probably start to behave better just because you're being so nice. But that isn't your motive. Your motive is that you need things to take away for consequences! For instance, if you got her a cell phone, you can take it away. If you let her stay up till 10:30 you can send her to bed at 10:00. If you got her the latest "in" sweater or shoes or whatever, you can confiscate them. If you extended her computer privileges, you can retract them. I think you get the picture. Good luck!

A clear list of rules and consequences, signed and agreed to by parents and children.  Bribery will backfire.
