| Kids do that because at that age they haven't got enough words to express themselves. When their vocabulary grows, they have fewer tantrums. My advice is to wait 6 months or so. The screaming fits will probably slow down. By the time she can make sentences, she'll probably give up the tantrums altogether. I can tell you from experience that by the time your daughter is 4 or 5, you'll forget all about this stage.

| I'd say just let her have her tantrum - don't try and calm her down when she's in the middle of it because that can make it worse. When she's finished, go pick her up and comfort her. This stage does end by itself so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

| Have you tried naming her feelings? You can say something like "You're so upset! You're really mad!" This way you'll be giving her some words. Maybe she'll start using them instead of screaming so much. Even if she isn't talking yet, she'll be learning the meaning of these words and it can help her a few months down the line.
